Responsible for sourcing passive candidates from online job boards such as CareerBuilder, Indeed.com and LinkedIn, identifying otherwise inactive candidates for open positions. Responsible for consistent sourcing via Internet (Indeed.com, LinkedIn, Etsy, Pinterest, etc). Perform basic searches of recruiting database (Zoho, ATS) for internal and external candidates. * Partners with the Manager, Field Recruitment and field leadership team within an assigned market/region in support of staffing needs.* Prepare and manage job postings, assemble recruitment materials, complete reference checks and schedule candidate interview and phone screenings while ensuring proper follow up with hiring manager and candidate to ensure a seamless recruitment/interviewing/on boarding experience. * Coordinate weekly follow up emails with candidates i.e. declines after phone screens/interviews Makes final hiring recommendations in partnership with Recruiter and Functional Manager including preparation of final offer letter.* Generate weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting reports.
