As Global HRBP- EOM, I partner with business unit leaders globally to define and build organizational capabilities and effectiveness, and champion organizational health and performance excellence. Collaborate closely with corporate HR (USA) to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives while addressing specific needs of each business unit. I am responsible for managing the end to endHR practices including but not limited to Talent acquisition, Learning and development, performance management, day-to-day HR operations, and handling employee relations issues. I work closely with all levels of management and employees to support and promote the division’s business goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Designed the EMPLOYMENT LIFECYCLE of the trainees (technicians) for the power plant execution of R-Infra

I did my summer Internship with the Training and Development function of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd Mumbai. My project was to develope and conduct an online survey to evaluate the current training process at RInfra. Achievement: The project was accomplished successfully and received accolades from the management.It was nominated among10 best projects(out of 350 projects) at the best summer Internship Project competition held in IBS Mumbai.
