Project Title: Study existing CNG customers and devise a strategy for improving CNG vehicles sales through Database marketingProject Brief:• Research and analyse the buying behaviour of CNG customers and find out opportunities to increase the sales of CNG cars in IndiaObjectives:• Research and understand the CNG market and identify the existing gaps through market research• Analyse customer preferences, motivators, demotivators and pain points of a CNG customer• Providing a competitive analysis and identify the gaps between MSIL and Competitors Deliverables/ Recommendations:• Created a customer profiling report of CNG customer based on the primary survey and data analytics • Generated a customer profiling database via a primary telephonic survey of close to 10,000 customers• Suggested long term and short term strategies to increase the sales of CNG cars in India • Short term strategies included a strategy to convert current loyal customers to buy Maruti’s CNG car and geographically targeted marketing on the identified regions• Long term strategies included suggested changes in the physical aspect of CNG tanks to target a new customer segment

Project Title: Digital Marketing for CMHS (Centre for Healthcare Management and Services)Project Description:• Handled Social Media Marketing for CMHS, IIM Ahmedabad• Increased social media presence by creating and managing social media campaigns. Generated 2000 new followers on Facebook and 500 new organic followers on twitter within a span on four months• Recommended future online advertising initiatives by analyzing the data generated• Successfully enrolled 42 new participants to the annual international conference, ICAHMS
