Over the last few years, we’ve grown into a family of companies that provide specialized hiring support across a broad range of industries, including Financial Services, Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Life Sciences.Responsibilities • Analyze and understand client’s requirements• Performed searches for qualified candidates according to relevant criteria using computer databases, job boards, networking, and employee referrals • Communicated the duties, benefits and working conditions to all potential candidates• Negotiated Employment Compensation• Follow up to inform candidates regarding their application status and maintain a good rapport with them• Foster long term relationships with candidates by communicating effectively• Worked on strategies with teammates to accomplish business growth goals• Developed relationships with Account Managers to determine needs• Maintain current, accurate documentation on candidates, assignments, and other recruitment activities• Maintaining and updating a large database of resumes for future opportunities (Pool Building).• Ability to work with people from varying backgrounds, while implementing team values• Sourcing expertise in various Job boards such as: Monster, Dice, Indeed and CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter.• Experience working with applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn, LiveHire • Demonstrate proficient computer knowledge through effective use of a personal and business computer including usage of programs and software: SAP Field glass, WAND , Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Spreadsheets.
