- Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and lead a team of three that creates and maintains hiring data pipelines, metrics and reporting for the Talent Acquisition division. - Using historical data, developed a set of key metrics that are now the baseline for evaluating the performance of the entire Talent Acquisition division.- Use an ETL pipeline consisting of Fivetran, Google BigQuery, Apache Spark, Apache Hadoop and other in-house tooling to extract data from the Greenhouse ATS and create user-friendly dashboards for data consumers in Looker.- Help create regular reporting on our hiring processes for both C-Suite and company-wide consumption.- Respond quickly to data-related questions and requests coming from C-Suite executives and other data consumers.- Drive effective ETL, reporting and analysis projects via carefully managing agile sprints and fostering clear and open communication with data consumers across the company. - Coach and support team members and assist in their continued learning and development in the data sciences.

- With the help of Automattic's central data team, pulled Greenhouse ATS data into Looker via Fivetran and BigQuery.- Transformed the data in Looker derived tables and put together the preliminary Looker models for what would eventually become the key hiring metrics used by the entire Talent Acquisition division.- Kick-started reporting in Looker for all Greenhouse job funnels, for the first time producing company-wide hiring reporting.- Helped the Happiness Experience team hire 50+ staffers across full-time technical support positions and part-time customer support positions.- Led hiring for the roll-out of Localized Support on WordPress.com.- Extracted data from Upwork to compile regular reporting on the effectiveness of our Localized Support expansion.- Compiled data on Happiness Engineer performance and worked with the team to develop a set of baseline onboarding performance metrics for the role.
