- Directly manage of all Logistic cost in term of budget, forecast and actual cost- Provide support to Logistic department related to budget, forecast and actual cost.- Prepare monthly reports, annual budget, monthly forecasts and monthly actual cost accumulation on regular basis.- Responsible for invoice job tracking and controlling costs.- Review between budget and actual cost incurred as to maintain sufficient fund in the Contract.- Ensuring that the financial records are accurate and every expense is properly documented.- Communicate and coordinate all financial related work to other related functions within the Company.- Prepare and create call-off according to Company’s requirements.- Prepare and create service entry in SAP system for each related performed services and invoices.- Perform contract monitoring in terms of contract value and validity and perform coordination with contract engineer if contract modification is required.- Prepare contract close out.- Record all financial transactions related to Logistic Dept. activities.- Coordination with related parties in efficient, effective and timely manner

- Prepares WMS for every civil & architectural works specifically in terms of compliance.- Keeps other departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information; writing and communicating guidelines.- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
