We Successfully designed a minimal product and in the process got Awarded 4+ patents, became the first Company to get Certification from ARAI in this Product Category, Developed a highly Scalable Conversion Operations and put up an efficient and cost competent Supply chain in place. Developed Technology Stack including Motor, Battery, Controller, BMS and VCU - Telematics with Enterprise Dashboards and Consumer App.

E-Mobi Manufactury Pvt Ltd is an EV manufacturing company under the umbrella of United Telecom Limited with a goal to Design and Manufacture electric 2Ws, 3Ws and Mini buses with standard Swappable batteries. I was responsible for building the team and engineering Electric 2W platforms with complete Powertrain design to cater to the needs of different market segments. I led and delivered 3 platforms to produce 7 variants of scooters and motorcycles using a standard Swappable Battery. We also converted an Activa petrol Scooter into an Electric scooter using Standard Swappable battery. The company has tied up with Honda Power Pack energy pvt Ltd to provide their Battery Swapping network to. consumers.
