Founded by Mr. Ashish Dokania in 2020, Green Tiger Mobility is driving the transformation toward Green and affordable Mobility in India and Southeast Asia, through Retrofitment of 2-wheelers to i-Hybrid & EV, and by aiding EV OEMs to build quality E-Mobility products. Green Tiger is marrying the technology of present and future by offering 25 Crore+ Petrol 2W riders in India an option to upgrade their scooter to an independent Hybrid or Electric, thus providing a reliable EV experience in a smart, affordable, and environment-friendly way. The Retrofitment solution is ARAI approved & the converted vehicles have covered a distance of 1.5 Lakh+ km. The company has designed & developed most EV components in-house, namely the Battery Pack, Power Electronics (BMS, VCU, Telematics), and Fleet Analytics system, with 6 approved Patents. Green Tiger is currently working with almost 10 EV OEMs across India and supplying the above-mentioned components as a bouquet of products or individual items. Apart from winning “Most Promising Innovation for 2022” by FICCI, GT is also well-supported financials by agencies like ARAI, Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI), Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY), Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), Alstom India, BITS Pilani and NASSCOM. The company is headquartered in Bengaluru & has a presence in 5 other locations across India.
