Serve as a dedicated Project Manager for education programs (RS, BLN, ECE) with IRC.Managed a team of approximately 10 employees, including project coordinators, field officers, and center supervisors, overseeing education centers that served over 3,000 beneficiaries across multiple educational centers and public schools in the North Governorates.• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and activities to ensure smooth implementation.• Organize and facilitate relevant meetings to foster effective communication and collaboration.• Conduct regular meetings with the technical team (Education specialist) and implementing team (Project coordinator, Field coordinator, Center supervisor), Operation team (finance, procurement), and M&E team.• Work closely with the logistics and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of project resources.• Document and follow up on important actions to ensure accountability and progress tracking.• Utilize problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges and find effective solutions.• Ensure project deadlines are met through efficient task management.• Write project narratives to capture key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.• Exercise budget control to monitor expenses and ensure adherence to allocated funds.• Determine and implement necessary changes to project plans as required.• Collaborate closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation team, utilizing M&E tools (KOBO, ODK, Ona, COMM care, IPTT, DIP) for data collection and analysis.• Represent Al Fayhaa Association in various sector meetings, actively contributing to discussions and representing organizational interests.• Report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the program Manager.
