Senior Architect wholly responsible for the supervision of the Architectural Trade at the construction site of the Residential building. And at the same time wholly responsible for the coordination works between all projects’ stakeholders including but not limited to clients, project managers, authorities & contractors together with the in-house core team (design and site offices) while maintaining QA/QC measures during projects’ life cycle. • Coordination between design related tasks and on-going construction works on daily basis.• Following up all design and supervision activities, attending progress meetings with all concerned parties involved in the project. • Reviewing shop drawings, Method Statements and Material Submittals. • Attend supervision inspection at site on a daily basis. • Vast exposure to project management and contracts including Tendering process & outstanding variations/claims negotiations: o Review and evaluate technical and commercial proposals including arithmetical check errors, maintaining contractors’ compliance with tender documents without any outstanding qualifications. o Identify basis of variations with detailed scope of works performed under each and every claimed itemo Preparation of cost loaded schedules and cost loaded sheets together with necessary substantiation used as back up documents for the disputed items. • Responsible for management of overall design activities, and guiding and assisting the team to insure excellence in service and a quality of work harmonized under team work system.

• Leading group of architects for preparation of tender, design development & good for construction documents from pre-concept stage up to supervision & execution whilst maintaining three main pillars “Time, Budget & Quality.”• Responsible for concept design – site analysis and preparation, architectonics study, case study, sketches, design and documentation of different types of projects.• Researched, planed, designed and administered residential & Office Buildings, master plans, warehouses, university campus, applying knowledge of design.• Designing and creating plan layouts for different types of buildings (Villas, Residential & Office Buildings, and Schools & Others). • Performing peer design safety reviews for projects being handled by other team members to make sure that the prepared drawings and documents fulfill international and in-house standards.
