1.Manage, administer, monitor and troubleshoot the following:(Lotus Domino Mail Server, Lotus Protector server, Backup TSM Servers, Samba Server, CCTV server, LAN/WAN Infrastructure, Pre WI-Max and Help Desk & Inventory Systems).2.Server maintenance, upgrades and patching including hardware and operating system. 3.Browse through application, tools and OS log files to identify the possible case of an issue, take the corrective actions and develop the preventive recommendation.4.Develop deliverables, such as requirements documents, technical specifications, client reports, studies, solution analysis, polices, procedures and project/program evaluations.5.Work on initiatives to reduce incidents, improve processes, and enhance production stability, Develop and follow standard operation procedures for common tasks to ensure quality of service.6.Staying current on industry developments and best practices and recommendations by communicating with peers, vendors, and industry contacts.7.Supervise the following below points: a-Infrastructure support activities such as File System management, service recycling, training, analyzing the reported issue, log maintenance etc.b-The Design, installation, and support all software and hardware required to provide needed functionality and security.c-Install, tune, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain all computer systems relevant to the supported applications including all necessary tasks to perform operation system administration, user account management, networking configuration, network infrastructure and remaining server’s administration.8.Escalate Incidents and issues to the CIO Manager, when necessary.
