• Manage all operations of the Pitch complex reporting to Company Owner/Director.• Run all areas of the Pitch business reporting to Company Owner/Director.• Plan, organize, implement and run corporate events/team bonding sessions and charity events.• Creation of yearly budget for Company Owner/Director.• Manage the maintenance of pitches, buildings & site overall.• Managing and controlling the staff, business premises and equipment.• Implementing Company policies, procedures, and practices.• Deliver a range of Management reports to Accounts & Head Office.• Ensure office & pitch procedures are followed according to the procedure’s manual.• Recruit, train, appraise and motivate staff.

• Run all areas of the children’s birthday parties, Easter/Summer/Halloween kid’s camps and school tours business.• Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and security in compliance with financial procedures.• Utilize relevant software for scheduling, bookings, and communication.• Collaborate with marketing manager to promote events and attract participation.• Managing the membership system with several thousand registered members.• Address and solve customer issues and complaints.• Develop and manage a comprehensive monthly staff roster.

• Assist in management of all operations of the Pitch complex reporting to Senior Management.• Assigning duties to employees in accordance with the needs and requirements to running the facilities.• Entrusted with Weekly cash reconciliations.• Ensure health, safety and hygiene rules and procedures are followed at all times.• Ensure office & pitch procedures are followed according to the procedures manual.

• Opening & Closing Procedures and with cash responsibilities.• Serving customers at the till.• Answering customer questions and enquiries.• Answering phone calls• Undertake any other additional duties deemed reasonable by Management.
