Working as Senior System Administrator in Sarvatra’s India’s cloud team. The core objective of this project is to provide 24*7*365 days of proactive L3 – L4 support for more then 500+ Banking Production /Development Infrastructure. Managing more then 1000+ Vms and maintain VMware and Nutanix Infrastructure for Sarvatra technologies PVT LTD.• Managing and Maintaining Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for production /development and DR infrastructure.• Maintaining Nutanix environment for banking Production infrastructure.• Maintaining VMware 5.0 environment for banking development infrastructure.• Working as a Sr System Administrator & Datacenter Server Administrator – • Responsible for migration of VMs from VMware & Nutanix to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.• Handling day to day call, as new VM creation, performance of VM guest. Adding HDD, RAM & VCPUs as per the availability of resources in virtual environment.• Representing Team during Internal & External (Clients) Audits.• Maintain the inventory for all VM guest as well as for VM Host servers.

• Managing MacAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 5.1 for across globe.• Windows Patching via RSM reporting tools system.• Oracle Enterprise manager monitoring tools for monitor VMs, Data, Application & Database. • Managing Oracle Secure Backup (OSB Backup) (Base OS: Linux) & Windows NT Backup – responsible for automating backup, creating datasets, vaulting tapes (LTO-5), managing Juke Box Tape Library. As per customer requests, worked on restoration activities in weekly backups (Full backup) plus daily (Incremental) backups.• Troubleshooting BOOT Problems using Recovery Console, Safe mode to recover from a System failure. Server Crash analysis by analyzing the MEMORY DUMPS using Windows Debugging tools.• Configuring & Managing ISCSI Initiator for SAN Storage connectivity on Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2019 Servers. Upgraded Windows 2003EOL to 2012 Servers without any storage data loss. ROBOCOPY.exe used for data copy with Share/NTFS Security permissions.• Using hardware monitoring tool : ORACLE Enterprise Manager Ops Center 12c• Knowledge of VMware concepts like Vsphere, Vcenter , VMotion, DRS, HA, Fault tolerance.• Knowledge of Oracle VM 2.2.1 , 3.2.1 & 3.4.1• SUN ZFS Storage 7410 , 7420, Sun Storage Common Array Manager 6180.• Creation of MSI packages for SCCM client & install them on user systems through SCCM 2007.• Trouble shooting on Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Word, Excel & Windows 2000 professional, 2003 and 2007 on User End Side.• Creation and deletion of users account from active directory and assigning rights to the user as per company group policy.• Maintenance and trouble shooting of Workstation equipments (Desktops, VOIP phones, PSTN, Head phones, Printers, scanners) for proper functionality.
