• Balance Sheet, Profit and loss reporting and review.• Preparation of month end accounting reports.• Month end journals, Accurals, prepayments and inter company journals.• General Ledger reconciliation.• Variance analysis, actual vs budget and commentry.• Tax compliance- FBT returns and GST statements.• Monthly management , HR and centres pack reporting.• Assist with budgeting/ forecasting• Managing motor vehicles across Australia.• Maintenance of financial worksheets (After hour Revenue, Pharmacy rent, Recruiters etc)• Fixed Assets clearing-Prepare CAT forms to capitalize items and Journal into FAR• AR, AP and Bank Reconciliation.• Liaising with diferent departments – Legal, AP,Corporate, doctor relationship, Fixed asset team etc.• Liaise with year end auditors.

• High volume Daily Bank Reconciliation including 27 medical centres account.• Option, Goodwill and recruiters payments-via EFT or Cheque.• Month end Journals.• Organizing and Paying all recruiters/Reconciliation.• Pharmacy rent- Raising rent invoices & reconciling 52 customers’ account.• Prepare external customer ageing and recruiters report for Financial controller & CFO• Dental income and Month end reconcilation report for Financial Controller.• Assisting Management Accountants with Month end and year end financial reporting.• Process and issue refund cheque for dental.• Assistance in AP and AR , liaising with corporate teams and ad hoc duties assignedn by FC.

• Checking monthly and weekly debtor’s reports and forwarding reports to the disbursement department.• Handling debtor queries and correspondence.• Allocation and coding banking transactions, allocation of funds received on a daily basis by reconciling banking EFT’s to bank the bank account.• Processing credits, refunds and internal claims. Query resolution-Internal and External.• Reconciling debtor’s accounts on a daily basis, notifying debtors of overdue accounts and securing payment.• Invoice Processing and banking cheques.
