• Detailed planning of all production activities of organization.• Product Presentation to Dealers, Distributors, Marketing Team etc.• Provide required Training for Employees, Marketing Team and Clients. • Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.• Monitoring Product Standards and Implement Quality-Control Programs & Report to respective teams.• Dealing with Dealer and distributor.• Manage Dispatches, Packing material, Logistics Arrangement etc.• Define Goods Inward & Outward Quality Control Procedure.• Organizing the Repair and Routine Maintenance of Production Equipment.• Procurement, inventory management through the preparation of BOMs, vendor contacts, vendor coordination, and transportation arrangement.• Resources Managements (eg. Electronic Material Suppliers, Fabrication, Packing, Stickers etc.).• New Projects Handle from development, production & supply to client.• Oversee operational BOM cost, risk and audit activities.• Documentation Management- Logistics, Audit, QA-QC Reports etc. • Coordinate with MD & respective Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.• Coordinate with clients & Provide Technical Support to Customers & Dealers.• Site Visit and understand site requirements and give solution.

MY Responsibility : • Involved In The Testing Phase.• Writing Test Procedures & Decide Testing Parameters.• Involved in New Code Testing, Hardware Testing, Defect fixing.• Troubleshooting and debugging of the error encountered.• SMD IC, GSM Module Soldering & Touchup, Programming Boards.• Analysis and reporting of the problems faced in Testing & Production.• Monitor & Installing Control Panels on Site.• Responsible for managing team size of 20 peoples.• Responsible for Production, Quality & Maintenance.
