Enterprise Product Prognosticator and Digital Transformation Specialist 22 years' experience in Market development and product management which includes 15 years with Sri Lankas number 1 telecommunications provider Dialog Axiata, which I can break down between the 3 main portfolios I was a part of. During this initial part of this tenure, I was involved in the launch of HSPA products in post paid and prepaid flavors which soon became the top revenue gainer in that portfolio with over 90% retail presence under my management. Second part of my stay was dedicated to enterprise fixed services starting from 4G LET and covering all essential enterprise services starting from plain Broadband to mission critical connectivity solutions as ILL, VPN, MPLS, Corporate WiFi etc...I was the product manager responsible for deploying and monetizing the GPON network for Dialog Axiata. The project under my watch achieved over 8,000 + home passes in commercial hotspots around Sri Lanka. I had the privilege of being the product manager for Fixed Services in the massive enterprise digitization project undertaken at the time where a legacy system was replaced by with a home-grown CRM system. The final sprint was the resurrection of Enterprise Fixed Voice Services. Through product simplifying and finding quick wins we were able to turn around the existing traditional portfolio of on prem PABX's connected via SIP lines to a 100% cloud hosted Converged Communication Platform altering the revenue performance towards a steady climb by end of 2022. In my Current tenure with DU supporting another major Digital Transformation project my main focus is on the transformation of the BSS system from a product management perspective.
