• Placing Purchase Orders for raw materials, spare parts, production consumables, rentals and service, administration supplies and consumables thru ERP system.
• Maintaining vendor accounts in the ERP system and ensuring vendor details are accurate and updated
• Conducting Vendor Evaluation and yearly Vendor Re-evaluation in order to monitor vendors’ performance and to ensure that the services and/or products from the vendors are of best quality with optimum cost
• Establishing and maintaining prices agreed with vendors on bi-annual or annual basis.
• Coordinating efficient flow of material through supply chain
• Monitoring Inventory levels

• Responsible for supervising / managing over-all transactions of the store
• Maintains manpower scheduling and time keeping
• Prepares store sales reports on daily,weekly and monthly basis thru ERP system
• Conduct Physical Inventory of stocks on weekly basis in order to avoid ageing and variances of store products and to ensure availability of merchandise
• Delegate tasks to all staff on duty
• Maintains store staff and achieve monthly sales targets by coaching, training, disciplining and appraising job results.
