• Placing Purchase Orders for raw materials, spare parts, production consumables, rentals and service, administration supplies and consumables thru ERP system.• Maintaining vendor accounts in the ERP system and ensuring vendor details are accurate and updated• Conducting Vendor Evaluation and yearly Vendor Re-evaluation in order to monitor vendors’ performance and to ensure that the services and/or products from the vendors are of best quality with optimum cost• Establishing and maintaining prices agreed with vendors on bi-annual or annual basis.• Coordinating efficient flow of material through supply chain• Monitoring Inventory levels• Makes tactical buying decisions. Executes corporate sourcing program• Proactively following up with to ensure on-time delivery and completion of services.• Receiving deliveries and ensuring proper documentation from the suppliers e.g. Invoice, Packing List, and Material Certificates, if required.• Coordinating and providing reports regarding delivery status to Production Dept., Technical Dept., and Administration Dept.• Handling claims to suppliers and vendors for defective products; overages / shortages and missing items.• Keeping an organized record of the purchase orders to track deliveries, and to ensure correct billing from suppliers• Ensure invoices are submitted to Accounts Dept to ensure on-time payment.

• Responsible for supervising / managing over-all transactions of the store• Maintains manpower scheduling and time keeping• Prepares store sales reports on daily ,weekly and monthly basis thru ERP system• Conduct Physical Inventory of stocks on weekly basis in order to avoid ageing and variances of store products and to ensure availability of merchandise• Delegate tasks to all staff on duty• Maintains store staff and achieve monthly sales targets by coaching, training, disciplining and appraising job results.• Brief subordinates and give guidelines on the current store promotion to assure smoothness and efficiency of operation• Conducting employee annual appraisal• Handles clients’ queries, feedbacks and complaints about store products and services• Establishing rapport to current and potential customers to understand their requirements/needs and to provide best quality service in order to generated repeat business• Keeping an organized record (both soft and hard copy) of KPIs, inventories, location transfer of stocks, prices, customer queries and requests, employees’ records and achievements, sales records, etc.
