• Administrative Management & Technical Consultant of IMS & MQ system programming team.• Installing /Upgrading of IMS and MQ levels in a planned and organised manner including SMP/E Works. • Upgraded IMS from V13.1 to V14.1• Upgraded IMS from V12.1 to V13.1• Upgraded IMS from V11.1 to V12.1• Upgraded IMS from V10.1 to V11.1• Upgraded MQ to V7.0.1 to V7.1• Upgraded MQ to V7.1 to V8.0• Upgraded MQ to V8.0 to V9.1• Disaster Recoveries• Ordering latest software fixes includes hipers/RSU using ZSHOP etc• Raising PMR's • Applying Product passwords• Ordering of Products through company designed software (SOS and MOM)• Monitoring Chat room for issues related to IMS-MQ• Checking System Log in case of failure• Problem determination using SYSVIEW• IMS Sysgens• Adding printers using CA ETM• Performing OSAC Audits on a yearly basis• Diverting the output to CA VIEWSS• Adding IMS Display Terminals and Printers • Working Knowledge on REXX and CLIST• Attend Change Review Meetings• Setting up new IMS & MQ regions requested by client• Early code installations for MQ regions• SVC installations for IMS regions• Setting up SSL for MQ• Setting up CSL for IMS• Installing/upgrading sub-products related to IMS & MQ like Classic Federation/IMS Connect/IMF/DBU etc• Define/Alter/Delete of MQ objects as requested by the account• Decommissioning of IMS/MQ Sub Products• Decommissioning IMS and MQ regions• Setting up security for IMS/MQ• Applying Usermods specific for that maintenance level• Migration Projects (Removed BMC delta and migrated to IBM ETO & CA ETM)• Oncall Support• Working knowledge on security tools like ACF2/RACF• Knowledge on scheduling tools like CA7/control-m• Running onlinechanges for Formatlibs, ACBLIBS etc• Taking SVC DUMPS for IMS and MQ Tasks
