• Conducting computer lab and taking attendance of cadets as per approved class routine• To help cadets understand the direction of computer training• Create class materials, including computer training notes, presentations, etc• Supervise and assist students doing computer assignments• Supervise online-based training classes, attendance, and examinations of cadets in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.• Preparation of materials for computer instructional use by cadets• Setting up the computer station as per the instructor`s needs (operating system, software installation, internet configuration, file server management, virtualization configuration, backup system creation)• Keep system folders consistent and clean on all stations• Assist students in following proper procedures for start-up, shut-down, and good computer etiquette.• Assisting in the evaluation of computer classes, attendance, assignments, lab tests, and final exams• Prepare monthly reports of all computer stations in the lab and take the necessary action by informing the senior officer.• Maintain, repair, and replace academic security surveillance systems (60+ CC and IP cameras).• Acting as a key person in providing physical and virtual support for IT-related equipment validation, consulting, and immediate service of various issues.

• To maintain two computer labs with a capacity of 50 cadets. • Configure, operate, monitor, and maintain computer hardware, software, LAN network, and other IT equipment in the computer lab.• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace software and hardware components of the computer and network systems.• To assist cadets and colleagues in using computer lab equipment, hardware, software applications, and the internet.• Maintenance and repair of 25 desktop computers and inter-network connectivity in Digital Marine Library.• Operation and maintenance of a bridge simulation system consisting of 6 desktop computers and other peripherals.• Maintaining and updating regular technical documentation of IT-related statistics, equipment repair, supply, sales, etc., work of the academy and computer lab.• Regularly providing all updates, status, and project completion information related to the Computer Lab to the senior officer of the Lab.
