With over six years of experience in teaching English as a foreign language and higher education administration, I have developed a passion for empowering students and faculty to achieve academic excellence and personal growth. As the Deputy Chancellor of Students and Academic Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education, I contributed to the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that supported the quality and accessibility of education in Afghanistan. I also worked closely with various stakeholders, such as universities, donors, and international organizations, to foster collaboration and partnership. As the Acting Chancellor at Farah University, I oversaw the academic, administrative, and financial operations of the university, and ensured compliance with the ministry's standards and regulations. I also facilitated the communication and coordination between the university and the community, and promoted a culture of diversity, inclusion, and innovation. As a Teaching Assistant of English at Farah Institute of Higher Education, I applied my TEFL certification and master's degree in English literature to design and deliver engaging and effective courses and workshops for students and teachers. I also participated in research and publication activities, and presented my work at national and international conferences. I am a lifelong learner and a team player, who values integrity, creativity, and excellence.
