As a HR at Saudi German Health, I contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of the medical staff specifically Nursing Staff, ensuring that they have the skills and competencies to provide quality healthcare services. I partner with the ERC European Resuscitation Council as an instructor, delivering courses on advanced cardiac life support to healthcare professionals across the region.I have a strong background in training and education, having completed a Diploma of Education in Psychology from Harvard University, as well as multiple courses on data analysis, health information systems, and computer and information sciences from Google and Microsoft. I leverage my analytical and technical skills to design, implement, and evaluate training programs and curricula, using data-driven insights to enhance learning outcomes and performance. I am passionate about photography and have won several awards for my work, including the first place in Alexandria University award and the eighth place in national geographic photo award.
