I currently work as a Technical Recruiter at Minds Outsourcing, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions.In my role, I use my employee training, communication, and presentation skills to create and publish job posts, network with potential hires, screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and track hiring metrics. I also collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to set qualification criteria and maintain a database of potential candidates.
