Position: Project Coordinator• Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules• Prepare project organization and communication charts• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures• Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others• Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approvalPosition: Project Cost Estimator• Establish and maintain tendering process, and conduct negotiations.• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.• Preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work using Primavera 6.• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.Position: Planner & Quantity Surveyor• Achieving all works related to cost control and monthly payment reports.• Performing all productivity report in order to monitor the project progress.• Updating the project schedule and resources.

Technical Structural Engineer• Build envelop repair and maintenance projects.• Cathodic protection and engineered solutions for corrosion of reinforced concrete and steel structures• Strengthening of structures through advanced techniques with fiber reinforced polymers (FRP)

Structural Designer • Achieving all works related to Conceptual Design. • Analyzing and checking structures according to specified code. • Modeling structure using Robot structural analysis. • Drafting, shop drawings, BOQs, framing and reinforcement drawings using AutoCAD.
