Gained comprehensive experience in various engineering domains including welding, fabrication, quality control, Ship Power Systems, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Material Science during a three-week internship at ALEXANDRIA SHIPYARD (AYS), enhancing my understanding of the maritime industry.2. Developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of electrical power systems aboard large vessels, including generators and distribution panels, and studied the engines driving these maritime giants, along with their integration into ship power systems.3. Explored the mechanisms responsible for moving and maneuvering large ships, including hydraulic systems governing rudders and propellers, and had the opportunity to witness the operation of a 300-ton crane, further solidifying my appreciation for the engineering marvels in the maritime industry.
