Responsible for implementation of maintenance programs in Rebar Rolling Mill. Leadership of a team of a foreman and 4 technicians to keep the equipment reliability and availability within the targeted KPIs, keep process stability under high rates of time utilization which can be guaranteed through analytic troubleshooting, analyzing, reporting, counter-measuring and following up.Roles and Responsibilities:• Follow up performance and monitor equipment healthy indicators.• Follow up daily inspection and routine maintenance activities.• Make preventive, corrective maintenance plans, scheduling and supervise plan execution.• Develop failure analysis for repeated stoppages and follow up counter measure actions to prevent recurrence.• Prepare daily reports about plant performance.• Make action plan for major repair activities considering the needed spare parts and supervise the execution.• Follow up daily and monthly repair activities and major repair shutdowns.• Keep safety precautions for team members & equipment.• Enhance manpower and improve their skills.
