• Handle daily Digital banking Apps support Issues and monitor the apps' workflow to solve any individual or global Issues during the Apps daily working process.
• Involved in preparing required Presentations and business cases.

- Demonstrating digital channels capabilities.- Increasing the online banking registration and usage.- Professional action when receiving complaints by directing it to the proper channel / solving it.- Attending Digital banking products workshops for generating Ideas, Applications testing … etc
