• Involved in planning and designing products' road maps for digital strategy enhancement.• Working with external vendors in building new products and services and enhancing existing products.• Participating in Focus Groups, Market Scan, and brainstorming sessions to discover any new required Features that fit with the customers' needs • Design, test, and retest all Testing scenarios. and determine if Testing scenarios pass or fail and record findings on the scenario tracker and provide detailed descriptions of scenarios that failed.• Handle daily Digital banking Apps support Issues and monitor the apps' workflow to solve any individual or global Issues during the Apps daily working process.• Involved in preparing required Presentations and business cases. • Analyze E-Channels process of functions workflow, and equipment layout and suggest changes.• Identify potential problems early and find Creative Solutions.

- Demonstrating digital channels capabilities.- Increasing the online banking registration and usage.- Professional action when receiving complaints by directing it to the proper channel / solving it.- Attending Digital banking products workshops for generating Ideas , Applications testing … etc

- Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as: funds transfers, automatic funds transfer .. etc.- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs in accordance with the banks’ program standards.- Relate customer requests for service charge rebates to the assistant vice president and vice president of operations.
