Providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances & Providing recommendation about cost reduction ways or expanding according to budget analysis.• Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data held within the finance systems and the security of the related data entry processes• Prepare Periodical consolidated reports.

• Able to make trial balance, adjusting entries & financial statements.• Recording entries and posting to General Ledger.• Prepare & analyze cash flow statement & budget.• Prepare Periodical consolidated reports.• Auditing & posting transactions to the Accounting cycle.• Keeping petty cash. • Keeping records for inventory control.• Keeping Suppliers Subsidiary ledgers and accounts.• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.• Maintain accounting business books (bookkeeping)• Handle business transactions accurately• Doing wages and salaries for casual labor and seasonal employees.• Set chart of accounts on the QuickBooks, making General Journal Entries and produce any reports including financial statements.• Contacting Suppliers debtors & creditors for Periodical reconciliation of accounts. • Very familiar with these accounting Applications: (Simply Accounting – QuickBooks- Money – Peachtree).• Handle Accounting for Documentary credit (LC) & Letter of guarantee (LG) pretty good.
