• Implementing the Education Management Action Plan to build capacity for the target audience and to monitor the specific needs of schools in the area under implementation.• Monitor the professional needs of teachers and provide the necessary technical support to them in order to improve the educational process.• Provide periodic reports and proposals to support project activities.• Coordinating with government agencies at the level of education directorates and educational departments to facilitate work and overcome challenges.

Responsibilities include:• Manage the M&E team to monitor the associations received grants from the bank;• Develop and implement reporting and monitoring mechanisms, including a comprehensive tracking system to monitor project activities;• Maintain strong and regular liaison with Governmental and non-governmental partners at the local levels, providing responsive and professional technical assistance as relates to the project and as required.• Undertake regular field and site visits and duty travel to monitor progress of activities;• Submit periodic narrative reports to the Programme Manager
