Human Resources Advisor
My role is on advisory capacity focusing on:1. Establishing a well and efficient HR department which could be really labeled as a strategic partner to support the company to cope with the regulatory challenges, implementing development programs to aid the the highly recruited staff to have sense of belongingness and loyalty as well as carrying the company's mission to the next level. 2. Ensure that recruitment of staff are done by using objective assessment methods which lead to likely high retention. 3. Act like a coach and mentor to the mid management level in order to handle staff issues and challenges in a professional and fair manner. 4. Act like an advisor to the company's top management of HR issues which help the sustainability and maximize the company's bottomline.
