Successfully raised initial $4m seed round. Led recruiting including CEO, CTO, and engineering team (at peak 11 FTE’s). Co-led BD efforts and successfully delivered four pilots. The first 4-week pilot identified $28m in improvement opportunities and a path to a path to 48% Efficiency Ratio.

Responsible for the User Experience and Product Design for all seven of the Shutterfly brands, overseeing web & mobile. Drove product improvements that delivered a 4.5% YOY increase in revenue with a 7% increase in average order size; 24% YOY increase in Wedding Paper’s end-to-end conversion, and a 14% YOY increase in TinyPrints conversion.
