In 2011, I began a career in real estate executive search after a short stint as a lawyer. Over the past 10 years I have taken on a more complete role where I develop and maintain client relationships in addition to recruiting. I work closely alongside my clients to fully understand their company culture and what soft skills their employees need in order to fit in and succeed in their firms.I decided to join Liberty in 2015 because of our reputation in the industry and our exclusive focus on real estate and construction. The focus of my searches are generally in the mid-Atlantic and the northeast, as well as other high barrier to entry markets nationally.Placements I’ve been involved with include Director of Development, COO, General Counsel, SVP of Asset Management, Chief Development Officer, VP of Marketing, VP of Development, and I have also worked on Board of Director searches.I'm active with ULI, as well. I'm Vice-Chair of the Membership Committee; a mentor in the Mentorship Program; and have been in NEXT for several years. In my discretionary time I’m very active in the University of Denver’s alumni program. I’m President of the DC chapter, and developed an annual real estate-focused career panel in which alumni come to campus to discuss their career experiences with current students. This is through both the Sturm College of Law and Daniels School of Business. I’m also an active member of the Cypress Tasting Club, and launched the Harrisburg and DC chapters.
