Compliance advisory.Review alerts based on different scenarios on SAS and Provide closure based on satisfactory response by the branches.Analyzing transaction pattern and counterparties to profile. To highlight suspicious transactions/activity on the basis of reviews. To ensure delivery of timely advices to branches and business functions from Trade AML Advisory both quantitatively and qualitatively in lieu of Internal and Regulatory requirements. Manage task efficiently to mitigate Trade Sanctions TBML and DDUG risk. Provide advice on highlighted business transactions pertaining to/from Sanctioned / High risk Countries (if any) in order to prevent sanctions breaches, regulatory and TBML violations. To ensure timely preparation and reporting of STRs for further review by CAMLO before submission to FMU (Financial Monitoring Unit). Assist TBML Unit Head for timely resolution of internal and external queries. Assist TBML Unit Head in conducting different trend analysis and reporting the status to management as per prescribed timelines within the policy and procedures of the bank. Additional projects/ initiatives from time-to-time as directed by the TBML Unit Head, CAMLO and CCO. To develop and implement continuous improvement strategies in existing AML/CFT/TBML processes in conjunction with Line Management Support TBML Unit Head in overall department task and assignments.

To provide a customer-focused and responsive service for all customers and assist with a complaint, Members’ Enquiry, complex/escalated issue – reviewing/ investigating and responding to all concerns raised in a way that is positive and helpful, maximizing early resolution of issues, minimizes further problems for customers and keeping customers updated at all times.To contact complainants as early as possible to ensure that their concerns and desired outcomes are fully understood, managing expectations early on where this required. To complete any promised, follow up actions to remedy issues for customers in a timely and high-quality way, in line with what was agreed with customers, minimizing further issues and complaint escalation. To support colleagues from other teams to identify and complete follow up remedial actions in the same way where they are the lead.To assist some customers on an ongoing basis, beyond the resolution of issues, where a need for this is identified including becoming the main point of contact where appropriate.To undertake ad-hoc tasks as identified by the Customer Resolution Team Leader, Customer Contact Manager or managers from the services.
