Handling Owner's Change Notices to tender documents, assessing the resulting cost/time impacts in cooperation with technical & planning departments, then submitting the relevant proposals of these changes to Owner.Attending & revising minutes of weekly progress meetings with the Owner & Consultant at job Site.Giving weekly alerts for contractual milestones.Issuing Construction Completion Certificates of completed works, for Owner's approval.Assessing and submitting cost claims. Preparing subcontract/engineering Agreements & letters of award/intent for Subcontractors / Consultants.Preparing Contract Amendments drafts, submitting them to Owner & revising them finally before their official issuance.Initiating external correspondence. Furnishing Purchase Orders for suppliers.

Preparing complete technical proposals for EPC bidsoutside Egypt, as follows:Receiving Tender Documents & studying their technical requirements.Preparing the technical data required from technical proposals section, for ex: Method Statement, parties responsibilities, site facilities drawings…etcIssuing correspondence to other involved departments, requiring their relevant technical feedback/data, required via Tender Documents.Coordination between the other departments.Revising data received from different departments to assure its accordance together and its accordance with Tender requirements as well.Finalizing all data in the final form advised in Tender Documents & submitting the technical proposal to Client.

Quantity Survey for Tender Civil items. Cost Estimation for Tender Civil items.Revising actual budgets prepared by site staff against the estimated budget prepared by civil proposals section & advise in case of over budget.
