Training and Development:Prepare the training plan according to the needs of each department Schedule the courses.Arrange for all the needed facilities for the in-house courses.Responsible of following up on the training payments with the finance.Post Graduate Studies:Prepare the declaration form to be signed by the employee.Proceed with the payment with the finance.Follow up the attendance, grades and certificates.Prepare the deduction memo if any employee drops a subject or didn’t complete the study.Recruitment :Prepare the recruitment plan according to the needs of each department for the full time employees.Screen CVs. And conduct the interview.Send An E-mail to Admin, Quality, IT Departments to proceed with the new hire’s Office, computer (Laptop) and E-mail if the candidate is accepted. Responsible for the orientation of the new employees. Internship:Screen CVs & interview the applicants recommended for the internship program; and refer the accepted applicants to the requesting department and arrange his starting and ending date and proceed with his monthly payment with the financePerformance Appraisal :Assist in the performance appraisal processOther duties :One of the HR’s team representatives in the Audit (Internal, External). Authorities :Have the authority to prepare the training plan, and proceed with the training process, after getting the requested approvals.Have the authority to proceed with the approved post graduate studies, memos, declaration, and deduction memo, if any.Have the authority to prepare the Recruitment plan, and proceed with the recruitment process, after getting the requested approvals. Have the authority to proceed with the internship starting with getting the need, screening CVs, interviewing the candidate, and authorized to proceed with the payment memo. Have the authority to perform any other issue as delegated by HR Supervisor.
