**Provide client service support in:1. Accepting and placing orders upon Relationship Manager &/or client's request2. Responding to Clients' inquiries on account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities transfers, security information, general product &/or service information3. Research and initiate corrections to transaction &/or account errors**Provide administrative support to Relationship managers&/or management by:1. Maintaining existing accounts through excellent client service, creating and maintaining client files and obtaining required information2. initiating client contact via phone/meetings as needed to support Relationship managers3. Handling any documentation, presentation preparation and mailings as required4. Review clients' portfolios for all updates5. Answering administrative and operational inquiries**Provide marketing support for Relationship managers and perform limited business prospecting activities, including client/prospect communication and seminar activities**Adhere to all the firm's policies and procedures**Remain current on products, services and the firm's system applications

* Maintain specified calls, contacts and leads on a daily basis* Meet weekly and monthly sales targets* Attend regular time sessions as organized by the various product departments* Study all products manuals relevant to a project being carried out to ensure that products' knowledge is updated regularly* Study provided list to draw up cross-sell opportunities to create a long term relationship with the customers and to create a base of loyal customers* Update skills to profile customer wants/needs and to qualify prospects for correct product fit* Ensure that all tel-courtesy is being delivered to prospect at all times during the call* Deal in all bank's retail products: personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, credit cards, account opening, fixed deposits and Mashreq investments' products* Keep updated with competitive knowledge
