● Liaise with requestor for verification when needed to ensure all documents are in line with company's policies and procedures and prevailing laws & regulations.● Daily update bank statements and booking all transactions related to bank/cash/deposit.● Issue and send out the invoice, record into the system.● Ensure all transactions are accurately and completely recorded within committed timeline.● Control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.)● Month-end, year-end closing: revenue reconciliation, accrual expenses, depreciation, allocation…● Preparing monthly/quarterly/ yearly tax reports: VAT, CIT, WHT and others.● Attending to external audit and tax authorities● Other tasks assign by CA

Reports:● Responsible to prepare financial statements, management reports and other statutory reports are done correctly and submitted timely● Responsible for the accumulation of necessary estimates and data from all departments to be used as a basis of preparing annual budget, cost proposals● Reviewing expenses to ensure correct booking in systems and following up resolution for errors in the accounting book if any.● Performing analysis data about gaps between budgets and actual revenue, expenses across all stores● Monthly-end closing: revenue reconciliation (SAP and POS system), checking the accuracy of revenue and COGS, payroll, PIT….● Closely coordinate with external auditors at year end audit● Working with IT team & FPT to build up the new SAP system ( account/vendor/items master data/center cost…)● Others assignments per supervisor’s requests. Fix Asset:● Classifying new fixed assets on monthly basis and reconciling with the approved investment budget and booking to the SAP system● Monthly depreciation running and impairment, retirements in needed. Justifying fixed assets write off proposal from requester● Working with Operation Dept to physical count once a year or on request

● Check and clarify all PVs/Payment Voucher/, supporting documents are in line withcompany’s policy, government’s regulation and authorization’s limit.● Input expense invoice in accounting system/ SAP Software/, prepare all paymentvoucher and monitor account payables.● Follow up outstanding payable/ receivable, advance to employees and suppliers.● Create new vendors accounting codes.● Stock take checking every quarter, half year for fix asset and low value asset.● Keep, archive, management documents and files● Prepare monthly financial and management accounts in timely manner.● Monthly reconciliation all income statement and balance sheet intercompany items thatrequire matching in the consolidation process.● Assist General Accountant in reviewing all expenses accounts are appropriatelyallocated and reclassify in case of wrong G/L account or cost center , VAT reversal● Monthly-end closing schedule: booking accrual/repaid for adm expenses, release salary,internal company payable (IC)…● Supporting Account Manager on job, training staffs, other tasks
