My professional experience • Opinion poll centers at the (NTRA) from 2018 to 20221-Contacting customers to find out the companies’ commitment to providing services and making mobile phone networks and the Internet available.2-Recording the status of complaints on the CRM system.•My experience in the field of (HR in recruitment processes) at Al-Badawi Company for Recruitment Abroad in 20231-Taking the request submitted by the requesting party regarding the available job and making an announcement about the available jobs with the required specifications 2-Collect all CVs for all categories of social networks (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) to obtain the experience and certificates required for the job offered. 3-Preparing an Excel statement showing the data for everything that was chosen according to the specifications required for the available job. 4-Communicate with the person selected according to the job conditions to coordinate a specific time for a job interview at the company’s headquarters or a video call on Zoom Meeting.• I was appointed to the (NTRA) in July 2023 in the Contracts and Bidding Department1-Preparing a contract system that includes all existing contracts.2-Preparing a supplier register for all existing contractors (contract dealers) and linking them to the contract system3-Recording the financial transactions paid to contractors immediately after issuing the monthly report from the Budget Department.4-Follow up on the financial entitlements for contracts and ensure that they are due on time according to the terms of the contract immediately after the issuance of the monthly report from the budget department.5-Prepare a form for all contracts that includes all periodic obligations of contractors, issue it to the designated departments on a monthly basis, and follow up on it.6-Preparing and issuing a monthly report recording the position of all contracts in terms of payment of financial dues and contractual obligations after receiving the responses of the designated departments.7-Preparing comprehensive service notes (national projects) for incoming payment claims after matching them with the concluded contracts.8-Preparing a statement of the construction and operating costs due for all comprehensive service projects and matching it with the Budgetary Control Department.9-Calculating contract values ​​during the current and next fiscal year in the event of an amendment to the contractual values ​​and notifying the General Administration of the Budget and the Financial Sector of the amendment.
