I work in the lab by obtaining specimen and running various tests on them or else placing in an order for a pick up. I provided customer service via telephone for inbound calls and also transferred calls that were misdirected into the correct department. I utilize problem solving skills to ensure that the customers are being provided with the most accurate and up to date information.

I led and directed the night shift crew. I relayed concerns and messages to and from the night crew to our direct store manager. Also provided customer service to each and every customer that I interacted with.
