- Work in a collaborative team environment to address client support issues across a broad portfolio of electronic and cloud software via phone, e-mail and support ticketing system (Zendesk).
- Update knowledge base document center with processes and procedures, including but not limited to creating documents/help articles and videos for troubleshooting purposes.
- Work with the development staff to bring support cases to a conclusion, and improve support practices wherever possible.
- Assist with quality assurance (QA) of new features being implemented for future versions of the database.
