Accountable for managing and delivering global Programs for Dell IT, coordinating its related projects by leading multi-disciplined distributed teams (Americas, EMEA, APJ) as well as external vendors, keeping straight relationship with both Business and IT stakeholders.Responsible for the end-to-end software development/integration project management (Agile and Waterfall) and launch of global systems, as well as for their infrastructure setup and transition into the Dell’s Global IT support model, partnering with Business, IT and external vendors to ensure that the proper processes, tools, documentation and training are in place prior to go-live, as well as adherence with Dell’s SDLC, release/change management processes and its standard SLAs.Responsible for keeping straight alignment with governance PMO and its related processes and metrics, managing program Assumptions, Issues and Risks and presenting detailed program status reports up to executive levels.Key accomplishments:- 3 Global Releases planned, tracked and launched. Each release was composed of 25+ projects and involved 200+ people across different geographies.- 5+ Global Programs managed end-to-end, with budget up to U$13M and team size up to 30 people.- 20+ Projects delivered for Americas, EMEA and APJ regions. Average budget: U$1M. Average team size: 10. Average duration: 6 months.
