Currently I am working over increasing the enhancement factor for Surface Enhanced Raman Spectrometry (SERS) by DC Magnetron Sputtering and Pulse Laser Deposition (PLD) using Tantalum pentoxide as well as titanium oxide along with silver. Further we want to characterize that substrate in Raman Spectrometry for the study of surface as well as the material character.Also we are preparing the SERS substrates by deposition of Copper oxide and Silver oxide by the process of D.C. Magnetron process by varying the gas pressure, wattage of copper and silver and the time of deposition.
