Job DescriptionManaging a department involved in property management for a US based company called Marco Management, LLC. The company has 200+ properties including rental properties, houses for sale and vacant lands. I report directly to a Human Resource Executive who had set-up the process in India. In U.S. I coordinate with the Asset Manager and Maintenance & Repair Supervisor. My interaction is also involved directly with Owners to make final decisions in reference to the process.
