Current-Explanation and Troubleshooting:Provide detailed explanations and troubleshoot issues related to the Folloze platform.-New Organization Requests:Manage the creation of new organizations and handle user management tasks.-User Engagement and Support:Engage in active conversations with Folloze users and offer support documentation.-Handling Various Requests:Address a wide range of requests, including general inquiries, product features, user management, and basic Data Warehouse requests.Implement and support integrations with platforms like Marketo, Outreach, HubSpot, and Eloqua.-Troubleshooting and Escalation:Initiate troubleshooting steps, communicate with clients, and manage developer escalation requests.
