Valued member of the Office Services team at PI Financial Corp. PI Financial is a financial firm based in Downtown Vancouver. My work in this role varies from meeting clients as they come into the office and answering the phones to clients to administrative work around the offices including record keeping of invoices, outside accounts and helping the financial advisers with various paperwork. I am also in charge of coordinating the meeting rooms, ordering and maintenance of the office supplies in the stock room, ordering any lunches or maintenance work that needs to be done around the office. I am also a valued member of the Business Continuity Planning Team that has worked endlessly to ensure the firm has stayed functioning during the pandemic.

As part of my University Co-op Programme I was very successful in being selected to Kerry Group. I was a valued member of the Beverages and Sauces team at the Kerry Group Global Innovation Centre in Naas. I was highly involved in the Laboratory work of producing various samples for tastings etc. and was also involved in the large batch production of these samples on site. I gained immense and invaluable experience in the testing of food for the common market. I was also involved in the administration of the department which involved the maintaining and upkeep of records from the Laboratory. I was in constant communication with the department head of this office department and I gained a lot of office experience.
