As a Facilities Coordinator at Waterstone Clinic, Ireland's leading fertility clinic, I manage the daily operations and maintenance of the facilities and IT systems for all five of our locations, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for staff and patients. I manage and lead all Facilities & IT upgrade projects for the Clinics by identifying areas of improvement & implementing streamlined solutions. A large focus of my role is building and maintaining relationships & contracts with external vendors and contractors which is an element I enjoy greatly. I have over five years of multi-national experience in the administrative industry, including office management, supervision, executive support, accounts, and hospitality. I have worked in many areas of different industries in the past - as an Office Manager for a Call Centre in Canada, and before that, as Accounts & Floor Supervisor. Both of which positions allowed me to demonstrate my attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills. I am a hardworking, reliable professional with a thirst for responsibility and new challenges.
