I’ve worked with Teleperformance for 2 years as a customer service representative, where I assisted students with their online enrollment. Later on, I became a Tier 2 support agent, where my job was also to troubleshoot and fix any issues they were experiencing with their online classes.After working in customer service, I was fortunate to find a completely non-voice career. As a content moderator, it was my responsibility to ensure that all posts on social media platforms are safe and do not negatively impact any users due to the nature of the content or the individuals mentioned. I've been with TaskUs for over three years, and I can say that it has been my favorite job so far.I am currently working as a technical support specialist for a SaaS company, where I assist artists with their websites. Our platform hosts websites for artists, and my job is to help fix the issues they are experiencing on their sites and also to answer questions they have about the platform.
