I am responsible for critical observations and objective recording of children's Behavior. I direct their daily activities. On average, I spend about two hours of every shift documenting, filling forms, and using Outlook, MS Word, and PDF's. I pro-act and check in with the children frequently to preventcrisis situations. I have intervened in crisis situations as learned in therapeutic Crisis Intervention to ensure the safety of clients and staff. I also have provided training to new staff on multiple occasions. I give meds, cook meals, help with homework and whatever else the client needs help with.Yesterday we found out that the company will be closing down as of December 1st so I am now looking for overnight position.
