As Success Manager for Appalachian State University, Western Carolina University, and University of Vermont's chapters of Student-Made, I work closely with the founders of the company, the manager teams of each of my campuses, and the sellers at the campuses in order to ensure that each school's branch of SM is running smoothly and successfully. I interview and train new managers, as well as assist them in their roles as needed. I organize weekly meetings with the Campus Managers of each of my school's branches. I assist in the onboarding process of new sellers and in the hiring process of new managers. Through this position, I have excelled in time-management, organization, communication skills, training, and various skills related to running an online business.

At Starbucks, I promoted quickly from barista to barista trainer within a year of employment, and within 6 months of my promotion to trainer I was promoted to Shift Supervisor. I have a strong passion for coffee and cultivating welcoming customer experiences and connects, so during my time with Starbucks, I trained and coached fellow partners to the greatest of my ability, across 5 different stores while balancing being a full-time student. I left the company in 2021 on good terms as I found a similar position on my school's campus, allowing me to hold off on my coffee career in order to better engage in my academics.
