I’m the project manager in the department Service Product Management. We deliver service products to our existing customers within Systematic’s defence business unit.I project manage our latest hot shot: a learning platform called Sitaware Aspire. Aspire is an inApp platform that enhances and improves the learning outcome for the SitaWare user. The platform decreases the study time, allows the user to take the training in SitaWare as e-training, remotely and self paced, and furthermore work directly in the program instead of old school class room training.My overall responsibility areas:- People manager for 12 developers and 2 architects (in Denmark and Romania)- Development talks, people reviews and 1:1's - Monthly and quarterly reporting on progress and upcoming features to Steering Group- Planning release period including ensuring maintenance of existing software- Stakeholder management to our internal departments in Service and Sales to ensure the product is promoted to our customers

Responsible for the Benelux region for conducting yearly blade inspections and blade maintenance for a portfolio consisting of 9 parks (NL/BE) with more than 350 offshore wind turbines.I’m involved from the early planning and scoping phase to project manage the execution phase as the project manager with support from operational support functions. Overall responsibility areas:- Blade maintenance and inspection budgets for the region- Planning, preparation and execution as project manager- Supplier and client contact before, during and after projects/campaigns- Reporting to Steering Committee through SteerCo meetings throughout all project phases using Stage-gate model.- Ensuring forecasting, scoping and tasking of both inspection companies, vessel providers and technicians for maintenance campaigns- Follow up with clients/park owners as the primary point of contact before, during and after maintenance and inspection campaigns. - Ensure progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible for the largest logistics department consisting of 55 m/f, which on a yearly basis handles more than 65.000 m3 of goods. • Daily management and sparing with my 4 team leaders.• MUS, 1:1-sessions, leadership development, recruitment.• Follow up and optimization of the department KPI's measured in efficiency by amount of handlings, storage availability and minimizing costs.• Efficiency of order handling.• Responsible for internal education and training including responsible of safety and SOP compliance during the operations.• Stakeholder management with external and internal stakeholders.• Planning and optimization of goods recieval including delivery slots and manning during peak periods and front load periods (i.e. Christmas, new collections etc)

Bipartite position as a project manager for larger and smaller training activities (project manager part) and platoon commander (manager part) of a platoon consisting of 40 highly specialized employees and team leaders. Relevant results:• Planning and execution of different training activities amongst other a week of shooting training for more than 240 m/f of the Maintenance Battalion where I was the primary project manager for the whole setup with operational support from operational functions during the week. • Project manager of different physical training activities for both the platoons (40-50 pax) and the battalion (200-250 pax)
