- Researching potential markets for the Product within European Economic Area and outside EU (Serbia, Macedonia, Turkey).- Meeting with potential customers.- Training and education of distributors and end users.- Direct clinical support in the OR.

- Developing and executing marketing activities and strategic marketing plans for different product groups.- Coordination of Sales Representatives and their activities.- Handling all suppliers’ communication , suppliers’ meetings and requested reports.- Looking for new suppliers to widen our portfolio.- Working with public tenders.

As a Product Manager I am responsible for Critical Care, Digestive Health and Cleanroom products in Meditrade. My primary responsibility is to support our customers in order to assure their maximum satisfaction. While implementing our products into Intensive Care Units we support them in every shift to avoid misusage of our products. My responsibilities are also marketing activities, handling public tenders, planning, ordering and monitoring the stock, communication with my suppliers and looking for new suppliers in order to widen our portfolio. I also offer professional support to our subsidiary companies in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
